This study aims to determine the effect of Five-Cone Drill training on the agility of students participating in the football extracurricular program at SMAN 1 Kuantan Mudik. The research problem arose from initial findings that most participants had difficulty changing direction quickly and accurately, which affected their balance during play. The study used an experimental method with a pre-experimental design, specifically without a control group. The sample consisted of 15 students who were all active participants in the football extracurricular program, selected using total sampling technique. The data collection instrument was an agility test using the Illinois Agility Run Test. Data were analyzed using the paired sample t-test. The pre-test results showed that the majority of students (66.67%) were in the “poor” category. After being given the Five-Cone Drill training treatment, there was an improvement in agility performance; the number of participants in the “poor” category decreased, while those in the “average,” “good,” and “excellent” categories increased. The average time recorded in the agility test also improved, decreasing from 18.84 seconds to 17.48 seconds. Statistical analysis showed that the Five-Cone Drill training had a significant effect on improving students’ agility. Therefore, this training method is recommended as an effective way to enhance agility performance in football
