Abstract

This study aims to assess the level of knowledge, attitudes, and skills related to stress management among midwives at Zainal Abidin Hospital in Banda Aceh and analyze their relationship. A non-probability sampling technique (purposive sampling) was used, with inclusion and exclusion criteria applied. The sample consisted of 58 midwives. Data analysis was conducted using the chi-square test. The results revealed a significant relationship between knowledge and stress management (*p*=0.002), while the attitude variable showed no significant correlation (*p*=0.882). Skills were significantly associated with stress management (*p*=0.009). In conclusion, knowledge and skills influence stress management, but attitudes do not. These findings highlight the need for targeted training programs to enhance midwives' stress management competencies, ultimately improving their well-being and work performance.
