Abstract

This research aims to determine the role of organizations in improving the quality of students. Universities play a crucial role in individual development, encompassing not only academic aspects but also the development of non-academic potential. The role of organizations becomes very important in creating an environment conducive to the development of non-academic potential. In this research, the method applied is a descriptive qualitative method to elucidate the existing problems and focus. In the research, the main focus of the discussion is how organizations play a role in enhancing the quality of students both in general skills and core skills. In the context of organizing, there are many benefits that can be gained. Through organizational activities, students can develop leadership qualities that are important for managing themselves, others, and the organization as a whole.
