This article aims to analyze a hybrid national leadership education model for Indonesia by adopting best practices from Singapore, Finland, Germany, South Korea, the US, and China, which are adjusted to Pancasila values and local needs. Through literature studies and comparative analysis, this study identifies key elements such as meritocracy, technology training, structured cadre formation, and a humanist approach. Implementation includes strengthening Lemhanas, establishing regional leadership schools, international collaboration, and mandatory certification. The results show the potential for improving the quality of leaders with integrity, innovation, and responsiveness, with implications for strengthening national governance and sustainable development.
